1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using HumanType, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Product description

HumanType is a desktop text automation tool that runs on your own PC and types into the active Windows window using emulated keystrokes. It only types into that window and never reads anything out of it. It is intended for use in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments where the clipboard may be restricted.

3. License

• Free trial — a 7-day trial with full functionality is available at no cost and without a license key. When the trial period ends, continued use requires a license.
• License — requires a one-time payment and a valid license key. Each license may be activated on up to 2 devices at a time. There is no subscription.
• Your license is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or sublicense your license key.
• We reserve the right to deactivate licenses that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

HumanType is intended for legitimate productivity and automation use only. You are responsible for compliance with your organization's policies and any applicable agreements or regulations.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software
• Distribute, sell, or make the software available to third parties
• Use the software for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the license activation system

5. Payments

• Payment is made in cryptocurrency. Prices are listed in USD; the final amount in cryptocurrency is determined at the time of payment.
• A 7-day free trial with full functionality is available before purchase, so you can confirm HumanType works in your own VDI before paying.
• All sales are final.
• If something goes wrong with your payment or activation, contact us through the support pageand we'll sort it out.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

HumanType is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will work in every VDI environment or configuration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanType and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website.
