Build and test on the host — full IDE, AI assistants, Docker. When the code works, type it into VDI.
HumanType installs on your computer — not in VDI — and types text into Citrix, VMware, AWS WorkSpaces, AVD. No admin rights. No IT tickets. At full speed, or with natural human rhythm.
Quarterly results show steady growth across all regions. Customer engagement improved, and retention metrics exceed last year.
Here's an optimized version using groupby with aggregation — it handles the regional rollup in a single pass.
Result: hours lost retyping long content into VDI, character by character.

Paste it directly or open a file. Any length — from a snippet to a full document.
Citrix, VMware, AWS WorkSpaces, AVD — any window where you can type, HumanType can type into.

HumanType types your text into the VDI window, hands-free — at full speed, or with natural human rhythm.
By default, HumanType types at full speed — as quickly as your VDI accepts input. Turn on Human Mode and it types character by character, the way you actually do — with variable speed, natural pauses, occasional typos and corrections.
Four independent effects, each tunable:
import pandas as pd
from utils import load_config
Save the things you type all the time — import blocks, boilerplate code, common queries, email signatures, document headers. Assign each one a hotkey. Press it with your VDI window in focus, and the text appears there.
Each snippet types independently — pick full speed for quick output, or Human Mode to match the rhythm of your main typing.
HumanType pays attention to context, so it doesn't fight your tools.

If your VDI shows you a Windows session window, HumanType types into it. No installation in VDI, no admin rights, no IT tickets.
Drag a .txt file in, or open it from disk. Any size.
Copy on your PC with a hotkey, type it into VDI with another — Ctrl+Shift+C / Ctrl+Shift+V, working past the disabled clipboard. Copies your selection, or the current clipboard if nothing is selected.
Built-in countdown to switch focus before typing kicks off.
Bind start/stop and snippets to whatever combos suit you.
From a one-liner to tens of thousands of characters.
One hotkey halts typing instantly. No "are you sure" popups.
Whatever you do, the pattern is the same — work on the machine you choose, deliver into the VDI when it's ready.

Draft queries and reports where the data tools live, then move the finished SQL and findings into VDI.
Write docs and specs in a familiar editor, then transfer the final draft into VDI in natural rhythm.
HumanType installs on your computer, not in VDI. No agents, no installers, no IT footprint inside the corporate environment.
Activation contacts our license server one time to verify your key. Deactivation contacts it one time to release the device slot. That's it.
After activation, HumanType makes no network requests. No analytics, no usage tracking, no version checks, no crash reporting.
Diagnostic logs are written locally on your machine. They are sent to support only when you explicitly choose to send them.
Free version works in your environment. If it does what you need, get Pro for $24.99.
